Senior Recruitment Consultant at C&M Travel Recruitment

Business Travel Consultants – Required for this global TMC working on high-profile accounts. They are looking for experienced business travel consultants to work from home, office, or a mix of both. Salaries range from 26k to 32k plus benefits. Galileo GDS experience is essential.

• Act as Travel Advisor and Consultant to Corporate Business travelers, managing high-profile accounts
• Serve as the point of sale for all travel requirements, arranging routine and complex domestic and international travel via air, road, rail, and accommodation, utilizing Sabre
• Provide consultative advice, solutions, and recommendations, including fare/routing analysis and ensuring adherence to travel policies
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer travel profiles, complying with internal and regulatory requirements
• Manage bookings through ticketing and order fulfillment via phone, email, or back-office systems

Skills Required for Business Travel Consultants

• Minimum 3 years of business travel consulting experience
• Galileo GDS proficiency
• Strong knowledge of airfares
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer service orientation

Additional Information

• Four-week online training, full-time commitment required
• Excellent benefits including a pension, 25 days holiday plus 5 extra days, volunteering day, and more
• Shifts between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm
