Required to work for this established sports travel specialist to help launch a new division. You will have a background in sports travel and strong business development experience. Duties of a Business Development Manager:
- Developing a new division for this already successful schools sports travel company.
- Organising corporate UK days as well as padel holidays to mainly Spain and Portugal.
- The product is already set up and ready to go; they just need a strong sales professional with a background in sports travel to get the word out and target corporates and racquet clubs to sell the product.
- Negotiate with suppliers to gain the best commercial terms.
Skills Required:
- Business development experience within sports travel.
- Very strong telephone manner, presenting skills, and able to get proposals over the line.
Ideally one day a week in their North West office, but happy with a home-based person. Benefits include pension and 25 days holidays. The chance to own part of the business with time.
