Great opportunity to join this award-winning travel company as a Travel Consultant in their tailor-made team. You will be using your specialist long haul travel knowledge to create truly bespoke, extraordinary experiences to Australia and New Zealand. You will be an experienced Travel Consultant, with the expertise to create detailed long haul tailor-made itineraries.

This is a fully home based role, offering a basic salary up to £30k with monthly commission and the opportunity for development and worldwide FAM trips.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with tailor made itineraries to Australia and New Zealand including flights, hotels, tours and transfers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain rates & source product for bespoke tailor-made enquiries.
  • Manage the end to end sales & customer service journey, offering a high level of service.
  • Working to personal sales targets and building a repeat client base.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven expertise in a travel tailor-made sales role with knowledge of Australia and New Zealand.
  • Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Good knowledge of supplier contracts and costing itineraries.
  • Working knowledge of a travel GDS - preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
Additional Information:
  • Basic salary up to £30K plus commission.
  • Fully home based – all equipment provided.
  • 37.5 hour working week, shifts between 9AM-5.30PM Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota, approx 2 per month.
  • Regular Fam trips.
