Accounts Payable Supervisor, Responsibilities:
Help manage a team of 9 accounts payable assistants, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes, and payments through Kefron and NetSuite
Managing and posting manual invoices where necessary and supporting Accounts Payable staff
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and be a point of escalation for discrepancies or payment issues.
Process daily urgent payments when necessary
Accounts Payable Supervisor, Skills Required:
Strong previous Accounts Payable experience
Previous experience from travel or hospitality is highly desirable
Capable of reviewing and resolving invoice queries promptly
Experience working with NetSuite and Kefron
Team leader or supervisory experience a plus
Additional Information:
Paying Circa £36K
6 month Fixed Term Contract
Office based North West London for the first 3 months, then hybrid 3 days in and 2 days wfh after this
Working Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.00
