Sales Manager - Edinburgh - Up to £38,000 plus bonus
Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator is seeking a Sales Manager to manage a small team in their offices based near Edinburgh. You will be responsible for a team creating unforgettable holidays built around experiences. This role is Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month and a salary of £38,000 plus commission dependent on experience.
Sales Manager responsiibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the team driving sales performance and KPI's
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
- Ensure enquiries are converted into confirmed bookings.
- Encourage repeat business and strengthen loyalty programme engagement.
- Monitor performance, reporting and CRM data accuracy.
- Provide sales forecasts and commercial insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the guest experience.
Sales Manager skills required:
- Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent coaching, leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- CRM experience (HubSpot desirable).
- Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Additional information:
- Up to £38,000 plus bonus and incentives
- Office based near Edinburgh
- Mon-Fri plus one Saturday per month
