Our client is a specialist agency dedicated to medical repatriation and assisted travel. They are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their team in Essex working 4 days on and 4 days off between the hours of 8am and 8pm. There will be the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis following a probationary period. The role comes with a competitive salary dependent on experience.
Business Travel Consultant responsibilities:
- Create and manage complex worldwide itineraries
- Book flights, accommodation and ground transport via GDS
- Coordinate specialist travel requirements and assistance services
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
- Deliver outstanding customer service in time-sensitive situations
Business Travel Consultant skills required:
- Minimum 3 years' Travel Consultant experience
- Strong GDS experience (Amadeus preferred but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex travel logistics with confidence
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
