Our client is an award winning tour and cruise operator and they are seeking a Flights Consultant to support direct clients and travel agent partners.The role is hybrid in their London office and comes with a salary of £27,000.
Flights Consultant responsibilities:
- Review and maintain flight bookings.
- Manage airline schedule changes and amendments.
- Respond to customer service and sales enquiries.
- Support teams during travel disruptions and crisis situations.
- Use Excel and other Microsoft applications to manage bookings and data.
- Deliver outstanding service to customers booking premium travel experiences.
Flights Consultant skills required:
- Minimum 1 year's travel industry experience.
- Strong airline and flight booking knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
