Award-Winning Experiential Travel Operator are looking for their first ever Marketing and Content Executive to join their Marketing Manager on their continued journey to tell their authentic travel stories to adventure-seeking customers. This role is fully remote, but with regular in-person team days. You will work closely with internal Destination Specialists tapping into their expertise and real-life travel experience to create compelling content across a multitude of digital platforms. 25K-30K plus quarterly bonuses bringing package to 30-36K.
Marketing and Content Executive Responsibilities:
- Helping to plan and deliver marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, print and paid marketing channels.
- Writing, editing and reviewing travel content β including blogs, newsletters, landing pages, web copy and social posts.
- Working closely with Specialist Travel Consultants before and after their travels to bring to life their experiences, producing inspiring content like blog articles, reenvisaged travel itineraries, campaigns, and updated visuals.
- Selecting, preparing and organising photos that help showcase their portfolio of adventure travel itineraries.
- Assisting with press materials, award submissions and other one-off marketing tasks.
- Keeping a close eye on performance data (email, website, social) and helping pull together reports.
- Pitching in on general marketing and product projects β theyβre a small team, so teamwork and flexibility are key.
Marketing and Content Executive Experience and Skills required:
- Possess a confident command of language and a genuine enthusiasm for crafting narratives that feel vivid, natural, and compelling.
- Any background in areas like tourism, branding, or promotional work is helpful, though not required if you bring curiosity, drive, and creative ability.
- Able to manage time thoughtfully, adapt to shifting needs, and switch between ongoing assignments and quick-turnaround responsibilities.
- Comfortable coordinating several tasks or briefs at once while maintaining clarity and momentum.
- Hold a real interest in exploring destinations and enjoy describing people, cultures, and memorable moments.
- Approach teamwork with energy and openness β happy to exchange ideas, listen actively, collaborate closely, and communicate with a wide range of colleagues.
