This fabulous Adventure Travel Company are looking for an experienced Travel Specialist to join their fun, friendly team of experts. You will specialise in building multi-sector tailor-made itineraries to long haul destinations.
Competitive salary based on experience, starting from £31k (OTE £37k+) up to £38k basic (OTE £45k–£50k+ uncapped) with structured salary uplift scheme based on performance. Flexible hybrid working after probation, relaxed office, private healthcare, fam trips and annual travel allowance!
Role & Responsibilities:- Tailor-make dream trips for customers, incorporating multi-stop flight itineraries, accommodation, adventure tours and more.
- Provide the customer with expert advice on routings and destinations.
- Utilise Amadeus GDS to book multi sector itineraries.
- Work towards and achieve revenue targets.
- Must have experience of working as a travel specialist and booking long haul multi sector trips preferably using Amadeus or Galileo / Sabre.
- Strong long haul destination knowledge gained from selling and personal travelling experience.
- Multi-sector fare building knowledge would be an advantage.
- Passion for adventure travel.
- Experience working to monthly sales targets.
- Basic salary of £31k to £38k dependent on experience, plus structured salary uplift scheme according to sales achieved.
- Lucrative bonus structure - paid biannually, OTE of £45k to £50k + (uncapped) for experienced candidates / top sellers.
- Monday to Friday shifts from 8 to 5.30. Saturdays only worked in January on a rota basis.
- Office based initially, with hybrid working after successful completion of probationary period, flexible with a minimum of 1 to 2 days in the office.
