An established, award-winning travel company based in Guilford are recruiting for experienced Travel Consultants to join their growing team. This is a unique role and will be supporting clients face to face and over the phone with tailor made travel bookings and building itineraries to match their requirements. This role offers a basic salary up to £32,000 plus generous commission scheme, 23 days holiday, pension, healthcare, and the opportunity to go on fantastic FAM trips. Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.
Retail Travel Consultant role responsibilities:
- Provide expert travel advice and create unique personalised travel itineraries
- Deliver the highest level of service to build a repeat client base and maintain relationships with both clients and suppliers
- Complete work accurately and make sure all administration is completed to company standards
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Support with any marketing activity along with the broader team to source and develop new business
Retail Travel Consultant skills required:
- Must have experience working in travel either within Retail Travel, Tour Operations or Travel Contact Centre experience
- Confident supporting clients with a wide range of travel products, whilst delivering the highest level of service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organisation skills
