A highly reputable tour operator is looking for a new Marketing Manager to take oversight of all digital marketing channels and work in collaboration with the wider team on non-digital below the line and above the line campaigns. Office-based in London.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Shape and guide joined-up marketing efforts that raise visibility, spark interaction, and encourage more bookings.
  • Define tone of voice and craft engaging stories that connect with people and bring each destination to life.
  • Plan and run activity across digital channels, social platforms, email programmes, partnerships, PR, and offline outlets.
  • Support online growth by partnering with SEO, paid search, and social teams and business partners to increase traffic and boost conversions.
  • Lead the creation of content for every key touchpoint — the website, articles, videos, and social feeds.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and agency partners to deliver standout, high-impact creative work.
  • Review marketing results and turn insights into practical next steps that strengthen overall performance.
  • Encourage fresh thinking by exploring emerging tools, channels, and ideas to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Guide and support a small marketing team, building a culture of creativity, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Manage social activity, including Meta advertising and other paid campaigns.

Marketing Manager Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within travel or hospitality.
  • Strong track record delivering inventive, high-impact, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Solid digital skill set — SEO, paid search, social, CRM, analytics, and content.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing abilities that inspire travel ambition.
  • Able to think strategically while executing hands-on work.
  • Confident managing budgets, agencies, and timelines.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a passion for creativity, travel, and new ideas.
