We’re recruiting a Travel Operations Coordinator for a leading luxury adventure travel company. You’ll support and manage the operational journey for high-value clients travelling worldwide. This role suits someone organised, detail-focused and experienced in travel operations or business travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full customer journey: booking, pre-trip preparation, on-trip communication and post-trip follow-up
- Manage inbox/CRM cases and meet agreed SLAs
- Collect and verify essential pre-trip details (documents, logistics, dietary needs, arrivals, accommodation)
- Coordinate special requests, upgrades and bespoke elements
- Provide proactive support throughout each trip and resolve issues when needed
- Work closely with premium suppliers including hotels, transfer partners and activity providers
- Maintain accurate data across CRM systems, shared inboxes and schedules
- Assist with invoicing, revenue updates and post-trip feedback processes
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in travel operations, business travel or premium travel services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple itineraries at once
- Calm, solutions-focused and confident under pressure
- Comfortable using CRM systems and spreadsheets
