A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a corporate travel company as a Corporate Travel Consultant working in Newcastle. They are looking for GDS trained travel consultants with good fares experience ideally candidates whom are currently in the role of Corporate Travel Consultant, although someone with crs / gds experience who wants to make the move across to Business / Corporate travel may also be considered too if you have excellent airfares knowledge

Successful Corporate Travel Consultant will work Monday to Friday servicing a mixture of corporate accounts. There is an excellent basic salary of up to 30,000 plus team incentives and benefits depending on Experience.

Corporate Travel Consultant duties

Working on a mixture of small business travel accounts
Booking net and published fares using a CRS / GDS
Booking hotels, car hire, providing visa and currency advise
Searching for the most cost effective travel means for each call
Meet and exceed set sales targets

Corporate Travel Consultant Skills required

Working knowledge of a GDS, Galileo or Sabre or Amadeus is essential
Either business or leisure travel reservations experience
Experience of booking net and / or published fares
A team player,
