Antarctica Travel Specialist - an amazing opportunity has arisen for an established tour operator specialising in luxury adventure and expedition travel. They are seeking Travel Specialists to join their Antarctica team to support their global customers between the hours of 1.30pm-10pm Monday-Friday. This is a fully remote role and comes with a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus bonus. Antarctica Travel Specialist responsibilities: Design bespoke itineraries tailored to customers needs Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to conversion including proposals and follow ups Generate new business and build relationships with customers Keep up to date with products and experiences including vessels and seasonal trends Collaborate with other teams in the business and keep CRM updated Antarctica Travel Specialist skills required: Experience in luxury or tailormade travel sales – you do not need to have sold Antarctica but need to have specialised in an area in long haul luxury travel Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Expert in selling complex, multi-component journeys to remote destinations Naturally proactive in spotting and nurturing new opportunities An excellent communicator — on the phone and in writing Tech-savvy, organised, and good at managing CRM systems and booking platforms Ideally, you\’ve been to the polar regions — or you\’re ready to specialise there Additional information: Must be able to work the hours of 1.30pm-10pm Monday-Friday An annual familiarisation trip to our destinations Opportunity to work-and-travel Monthly company bonus Wellbeing support
