This Event Management company are seeking a Temporary worker to work as the main point of contact between the delegates and travel booker providers to co-ordinate all Event travel. Starting ASAP until end of the year, possibility of going permanent. Paying £14p/h.
Event Travel Co-Ordinator, Responsibilities
- As the Event Travel Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the travel bookings for all attendees as required
- Co-ordinate travel requirements and book via a TMC, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail to ensure ticketing is correctly issued and client expenses policy followed
- Work with the event team pre-event to cross check all travel bookings against other elements of the events
Event Travel Co-ordinator, Skills Required
- Previous working experience within travel, ideally within an Operations or Travel booking position or an Event Co-ordinator
- Excellent attention to detail and great problem solving skills
- The ability to multitask is key as you may work on multiple events with different travel requirements at one time.
Event Travel Co-Ordinator, Additional Information
- Temporary role starting ASAP for 5 months, with a potential to go permanent
- Paying £14p/h
- Based in theofficein Wakefield with 1 day remote after initial training completed
- Flexible working hours between 8am - 6pm - 7.5hr day / 37.5 hours week
