Senior business travel consultant - Touring

Business Travel Consultant – Touring Specialist – Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Home-based, hybrid or office-based, salary between £40,000 – £48,000. Previous touring, entertainment, or TV experience is a must.

Business Travel Touring Specialist Duties

1. Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
2. Handle air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.
3. Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role, prioritizing workload and delivering within given deadlines.
4. Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.
5. Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.

Business Travel Touring Specialist Skills Required

1. Ideally touring experience, but they will consider film or TV experience.
2. Ideally Sabre knowledge, but they are more than happy to cross-train.
3. Would prefer hybrid, but happy with home-based for the right candidate.
4. Hours of work: 10am to 6pm.
