Sales Manager Required for this luxury niche travel company based in central London. The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, Monday to Friday. Looking after a team of 120 reservations/Customer service agents. Sales management in travel is a must. Salary around 40k plus 12k bonus plus some amazing benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct support to a sales team of about 10-12 people focusing on coaching, call monitoring, and maintaining overall standards.
  • Ensuring KPIs and sales goals are met, including sales targets, conversion rates, quality scores and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Providing immediate feedback and correction actions to address performance.
  • Fostering a positive and motivational team culture.
  • Performing regular call listening and giving feedback.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management on team performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management/team leadership within the travel industry.
  • Experience running a team within a call centre environment or retail shop.
  • Second European language would be great but not required.
  • Experience in setting targets, KPIs, and coaching staff to achieve them.
  • Comfortable working on a hybrid basis.
  • Able to train for the first 2 weeks in the European head office.
  • Some cruise knowledge would be a major plus.
