A leading adventure travel company is expanding and looking for a sales consultant / travel consultant who’s passionate about cycling and thrives in a consultative sales environment. This is a chance to sell an exciting product, work with warm leads, and be part of a high-energy, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and scheduled callbacks
  • Build rapport using consultative sales techniques, building long term relationships
  • Advise on destinations, accommodation, rides, excursions and bike options
  • Create tailored cycling holiday experiences and close sales
  • Liaise with hotels, suppliers and partners to optimise customer experience
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in cycling and/or cycling holidays (essential)
  • Previous sales experience
  • Passion for travel and adventure products
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • A target-driven mindset and resilience under pressure
  • Attention to detail and reliability

Sales consultant extra info

  • £30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
  • First-year OTE: mid to high £30,000s, second-year OTE: mid to high £40,000s
  • Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual bonus schemes
  • Monday to Friday office based 9-5.30pm central London
  • 1 in 6 Saturdays (10:00–16:00) during peak periods (paid overtime)
  • 1 in 6 weeks covering US/Canada enquiries (10:30–19:00)
