Our client, a multi award winning travel company, arelooking for an experienced Operations Managerto lead theTravel Coordination team and ensure all post?booking operations run smoothly, accurately and on time. You’ll manage people, processes and performance while delivering consistently high customer service standards. This is a Monday to Friday role and office based near Manchesterand comes with a salary of up to £39,000.
Operations Manager responsibilities:

Lead & develop the team with clear expectations, coaching and regular reviews

Oversee daily operations including bookings, amendments, flight allocations and documentation

Manage escalations and support complex or sensitive customer cases
-
Monitor KPIs, accuracy, productivity and service levels

Improve processes and support cross departmental collaboration
-
Maintain supplier relationships and escalated recurring issues
Operations Manager skills required:
-
Travel industry management experience (operations or customer service)

Strong tour operator and airline/consolidator knowledge

Proven ability to manage performance, workloads and service levels

Confident handling complex escalations and operational disruption

Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills

Calm, decisive and collaborative approach in a fast?paced environment

Monday–Saturday (approx 1 Saturday in 7)

Shifts: 8am–4pm, 9am–5:30pm, 9:30am–6pm

Flexibility required for management or emergency cover

Salary up to £39k plus bonus
