We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end marketing activity for a growing travel business. This is a hands-on role where you will combine strategic thinking with practical execution, owning integrated marketing campaigns that build B2B brand awareness, engage audiences, and convert interest into enquiries and bookings. This role will be hybrid either London or Birmingham and offers a salary up to £40,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, partnerships, PR, and offline channels within a B2B environment.
  • Create best-in-class B2B marketing content, including trade toolkits, campaign assets, destination content, and sales and training collateral.
  • Lead content creation across website, blogs, video, email, and social channels.
  • Oversee digital performance, working with SEO, PPC, and paid social to improve traffic, conversion, and ROI.
  • Relationship management with internal sales teams, external agencies, travel partners and suppliers.
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Skills Required
  • Proven marketing experience within the travel industry is essential (tour operator, DMC, travel trade or B2B travel brand).
  • Strong B2B marketing experience with a focus on travel trade audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRO.
  • Confident leader with experience managing or mentoring team members.
