HR Executive required by an Award-Winning Tailormade Tour Operator.
Part Time (3 full days per week).
South West London.
This new HR Executive position will support the delivery of an outstanding employee experience.
Working closely with the Senior People Manager, you will contribute to key people‑focussed activities including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, engagement and the ongoing development of employee practices.
Responsibilities of an HR Executive
- Contribute to the continuous development of People policies, procedures and practices, applying current employment legislation and HR best practice with guidance from the Senior People Manager.
- Maintain accurate People records and systems, monitor attendance, absence and leave trends, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations processes, contracts, pre‑employment checks and onboarding activities.
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activity, from workforce planning and candidate coordination through to welcoming new employees into the business.
- Work alongside the Senior People Manager to identify learning and development priorities, supporting training plans, career progression and talent development initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, helping employees understand expectations and contribute towards organisational objectives.
- Help deliver initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, strengthen engagement and embed the organisation's values, using colleague feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Full Time Annual Equivalent Salary £27,000 - £32,000
- 24 hours per week (3 full days) 9am – 5.30pm
- 2 Office days, Tuesday and Thursday, 1 from home
