This is an exciting new opportunity to work onboard this luxury train line as a Fine Dining Server.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptionally high standard of service across all aspects of food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction.
Starting ASAP until the 4th Dec on a Fixed Term Contract Paying £2850K p/m + food and overtime.
- Fine Dining Server Responsibilities
- As a Fine Dining Server provide outstanding customer service
- Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner service each day and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties
- Service of drinks and canapés pre-lunch and dinner, afternoon tea service and the preparation and service of 'welcome back' drinks
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Prepare restaurant cars and related areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality.
- Stay informed about onboard menus and boutique items.
- Address passenger requests, including dietary or special occasion needs.
- Conduct yourself professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.

- Experience as a Fine Dining Waiter /Waitress / Server
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
