Required to work for this global TMC. You will be working 4 on 4 off through the night, roughly 10pm to 9am, shorter shifts on Friday and Saturday. Salary around £37,000 plus great benefits.
Business travel consultants duties:
- Dealing with an array of high profile clients booking worldwide business travel arrangements using all 3 major GDSs including flights, car hire, rail and hotels
- Dealing with out of hours emergencies, cancel and missed flights, natural disasters, hotel issues, date changes etc.
- Flight reissues and refunds
- Visa advice and issues
Business travel consultants skills required:
- Business travel consultant experience is a must at a high level
- Multi GDS knowledge would be a major advantage
- Strong airfares knowledge
- Happy to work on a 4 on 4 off rota
