World-renowned Travel Management Company are taking on a new Business Development Manager to support their continued UK growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional with strong experience in new business development and lead generation. Core target clients for the role will be SME businesses, rather than huge corporates so relatable experience would be beneficial.
The role can be office-based or hybrid in Brighton and offers a basic salary of £37,000, an uncapped bonus scheme, excellent benefits, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new corporate business through proactive outreach and lead generation
- Identify and engage decision-makers mostly within SME’s
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend client meetings and present professionally
- Negotiate and close new business, meeting targets and KPIs
- Grow and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking and self-generated leads
- Proven experience in Business Development or B2B sales
