A well established, independent travel agency is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their small team. With an excellent local reputation and known for exceptional personalised service & expert travel knowledge, this offers an excellent opportunity to step into a management role. Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
- Develop and deliver a local business development plan to grow the customer base and increase repeat business.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through expert travel consultation and personalised service.
- Oversee the planning and booking of tailormade holidays, cruises, and bespoke itineraries.
- Monitor branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating team successes.
- Ensure the team maintains up-to-date product knowledge, destination expertise, and awareness of industry trends.
- Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Represent the brand within the local community as a visible and trusted travel specialist.
