A well established, independent travel agency is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their small team. With an excellent local reputation and known for exceptional personalised service & expert travel knowledge, this offers an excellent opportunity to step into a management role. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
  • Develop and deliver a local business development plan to grow the customer base and increase repeat business.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships through expert travel consultation and personalised service.
  • Oversee the planning and booking of tailormade holidays, cruises, and bespoke itineraries.
  • Monitor branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating team successes.
  • Ensure the team maintains up-to-date product knowledge, destination expertise, and awareness of industry trends.
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
  • Represent the brand within the local community as a visible and trusted travel specialist.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Background in travel sales or a customer-facing travel environment.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, or managing a team.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence in driving business growth.
