Required for this global, expanding TMC.

They are looking for a head of operations within business travel, someone who is fantastic on Sabre, ideally knows Protas.

Hybrid within one of their 3 offices in London, Hampshire and Glasgow.

Salary between £68,000 to £72,000 plus great benefits and bonus.

  • Head of operations and client success duties
  • Operational excellence and strategy. Overseeing a team of 50 consultants managed by 4 team leaders that report directly into you.
  • Client success and service quality.

  • Significant hands‑on operations management experience within a TMC.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel operations.
  • Super user of Sabre.

  • Hands‑on experience in coaching.
  • Experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, etc.
