Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the managing director, you will lead a team of 4, providing mentorship, guidance and setting clear objectives.
- Creating and delivering the strategic marketing plan to achieve targeted levels of repeat and referral business as well as expanding the customer base and developing the brand.
- Undertake market analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, opportunities and the competitor landscape.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content across multiple channels such as website, social media, blogs and email.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, optimising SEO, SEM, paid advertising and email marketing.
- Utilise data analytics and insights to track performance and areas of improvement.
- Lead a PR Manager to execute communications campaigns, enhance brand reputation and maintain relationships with influencers and media partners.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with other luxury brands to expand the company's reach including co-marketing, promotions and exclusive offers.
- Maintain brand integrity and loyalty.
- Work in close collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure objectives are aligned, communicating commercial, promotional and training opportunities.
