They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Partnerships & Trade Support Executive to support B2B membership acquisition, strengthen relationships with trade partners, and coordinate industry schemes, events and awards. This is a varied, relationship focused role ideal for someone who enjoys partner engagement, commercial coordination and working at the heart of a thriving leisure sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for industry partners, handling B2B membership queries, scheme information and general liaison.
  • Support and develop the organisation’s hire and rental partner schemes, including onboarding new companies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring accurate reconciliation of fees and commission.
  • Promote and administer incentive schemes, training providers and other B2B partners, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.
  • Manage and update the B2B online marketing portal, ensuring all communications and materials align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of dealer incentives and hire programmes, providing insight, analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of major industry awards and competitions, including research, documentation, data management and judging logistics.
  • Provide operational support for industry events, exhibitions, partner visits and product promotions, including pre event planning and post event follow up.
  • Maintain strong partner engagement through timely communication, proactive support and effective feedback collection.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience working with dealer, intermediary or affinity channels in a customer centric B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage confidently with external partners, suppliers and customers.
  • Exposure to contract management or partner agreements.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and understand scheme performance.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and proactive with a hands on approach.
  • Professional sales or marketing qualification desirable.
  • Confident using reporting systems and willing to develop skills in data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Flexibility to support occasional industry events, exhibitions or partner visits.
  • Full UK driving licence required, with some travel and occasional overnight stays.
