  • Prepare delicious, high-quality dishes for guests and team that exceed expecations
  • Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
  • Direct, guide and assist commis chefs
  • Ensure that the quality and quantity standards of preparations and presentations are adhered to.

Chef de Partie, Skills Required

  • Previous Chef De Partie experience
  • Experience within hotels / brasseries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Paying £31K + Tronc
  • Working onboard the train, typical pattern is 3 nights away, 3 nights home.
