Business travel team manager

Business Travel – Team Manager required for this global TMC looking after a team of 10 consultants. Ideally hybrid in London or an office close to Leeds but they would consider home-based for the right candidates. Team leader experience for another TMC is a must, ideally Sabre trained.

Business Travel Team Leaders Duties

1. The role is to team manage a virtual/office-based team of business travel consultants, up to a team of 10 people.
2. Maintain a good level of understanding of the Conferna, Sabre, Evolvi, and back-end accountancy systems, ensuring bookings are processed in line with standard operating procedures.
3. Ensure all customer SLAs and KPIs are understood and met.
4. Manage the day-to-day operation of the department.
5. Conduct regular 1-2-1s with team members, providing regular feedback and coaching on performance.

Business Travel Team Managers Skills Required

1. Business travel operations team leader experience is a must.
2. Ideally, Sabre knowledge would be a major plus.
3. Ideally able to come into a London office, or an office close to Leeds once or twice a week, but will consider remote.
