This expanding business travel company based in South West London or Hampshire is looking for 3 hungry salespeople. The role is hybrid, offering up to £35,000 plus commission and great benefits. A background in the travel industry is ideal, but they are open to salespeople with a cold calling or recruitment background.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a targeted prospect list aligned with the company's ideal client profile.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and campaigns.
  • Confidently engage prospective customers and identify where you may be able to add value.
  • Book high-quality meetings for yourself and the senior commercial team.
  • Maintain momentum through professional, structured, and timely follow-ups.
  • Track weekly measures including contacts, activities, opportunities, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders.
  • Participate in discovery and prospective clients meetings.

Skills Required:

  • Ideally experience of working in a similar role in the travel industry, but they will consider someone from a cold calling/outbound calling background or recruitment.
  • You must be target driven.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience and persistence.

Additional Information:

  • Paying up to £35K + uncapped commission.
  • Hybrid role, 2 days a week in either South West London office or offices in Hampshire.
