We are seeking to appoint a farm manager at a North Herefordshire Large Mixed Farm. This family business is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable farm manager with a passion for farming ready to oversee arable, livestock and various areas of the farm, lead a team and drive farm operations to success.
Responsibilities include:
- Organize the planning and implementation of growing a variety of crops, cultivating and harvesting.
- Oversee the operation of farm machinery including tractors and harvesters.
- Work closely with the Livestock manager and Farm Office.
