Principal Recruitment Consultant

CM Medical has had a hugely successful start to 2025 and we are excited to announce the expansion of our team! We are seeking experienced recruiters to join our mission of providing Talent solutions in the MedTech and Digital Health sectors.

As part of our team, you will work globally, leveraging our extensive industry knowledge, established client relationships, and strong brand presence to develop in this dynamic space.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service standards to candidates and clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships globally.
• Business Development: Implement innovative strategies to nurture existing relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities in global markets.
• Industry Expertise: Become a trusted specialist in medical devices, MedTech, digital health, wellness, and nutrition, demonstrating unparalleled knowledge and expertise.
• Talent Management: Identify, headhunt, and screen candidates to ensure the perfect match for client needs.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from headhunting and interviewing to candidate shortlisting and negotiations.
• Administrative: Maintain high standards in CRM systems, email campaigns, job advert postings, and data reporting.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A strong track record in global recruitment, particularly in MedTech, digital health, wellness, or nutrition sectors.
• Market Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of and expertise in navigating specialised markets globally.
• Business Development Skills: Demonstrated a history of building and maintaining client relationships on a global scale.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate and connect effectively.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, organisational, and business sense.
• Proactivity: A passion for continuous learning, growth, and professional development.
