A well-regarded specialist boutique law firm based in the West End is looking for an ambitious Office Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The role:

  • Taking full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and acting as the first point of contact for all operational matters
  • Managing supplier relationships, facilities, health and safety and office contracts, renegotiating terms where appropriate
  • Supporting senior partners with diary management, travel and confidential correspondence
  • Overseeing HR administration, staff onboarding and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Managing IT and telecoms, liaising with external providers and dealing with issues proactively
  • Taking ownership of budgets, invoicing and expense processes alongside the finance team
  • Leading on firm-wide events, internal communications and culture projects
