A leading international law firm based close to Liverpool Street is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join its Early Careers team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to gain hands-on experience within a prestigious legal environment and play a key role in shaping the firm’s future talent.
The Role
- Working closely with the Hiring Team, you will provide comprehensive support across all aspects of Early Careers recruitment, with a particular focus on vacation schemes and trainee solicitor programmes.
- Providing end-to-end administrative and coordination support to the Hiring Team for Early Careers recruitment.
- Assisting with the planning, logistics and delivery of vacation schemes.
- Supporting the full coordination of trainee solicitor inductions.
- Overseeing the administration and maintenance of the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinating interviews for vacation schemes and training contracts.
- Assisting with onboarding for vacation scheme participants and trainee solicitors, including pre-employment checks, conflict checks, referencing, background checks and work authorisations.
- Creating and maintaining accurate and confidential HR files for all new joiners.
- Organising and attending recruitment events, both internally and externally, as required.
