The role:

  • Taking full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and acting as the first point of contact for all operational matters.
  • Managing supplier relationships, facilities, health and safety and office contracts, renegotiating terms where appropriate.
  • Supporting senior partners with diary management, travel and confidential correspondence.
  • Overseeing HR administration, staff onboarding and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Managing IT and telecoms, liaising with external providers and dealing with issues proactively.
  • Taking ownership of budgets, invoicing and expense processes alongside the finance team.
  • Leading on firm-wide events, internal communications and culture projects.
