A well-regarded boutique law firm based in the Knightsbridge area is looking for a Team Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is a varied and hands-on role sitting at the heart of the firm, supporting partners and the wider team across legal, operations and finance.
- Administrative & Team Support
- Providing administrative support to partners and the team across legal, operations and finance
- Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and scheduling
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Handling incoming calls, correspondence and general enquiries professionally
- Supporting the planning and delivery of team events and initiatives
- Client & Office Coordination
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
- Ensuring meeting rooms and office facilities are organised and client-ready
