I am working with a prestigious US law firm seeking a high-performing and detail-oriented Revenue Coordinator to join their London office near Liverpool Street. This is a key, high-impact role where you will support partners and fee earners in driving revenue performance, maintaining billing momentum, and ensuring best practice across all revenue-related activities.
As the main point of contact for billing, collections, and compliance, you will work closely with partners, fee earners, Legal Executive Assistants, clients, and the global finance team. The role requires initiative, accuracy, and strong communication skills, with a clear focus on client service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with partners, fee earners, and clients to resolve billing queries.
- Monitor WIP and aged debt, taking proactive steps to improve cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with firmwide billing and revenue policies.
- Provide revenue analysis and reporting to support partners and management.
- Collaborate with global finance teams to maintain consistency and best practice.
- Previous revenue, billing, or finance experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g. Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar) is desirable.
- Salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience).
