I'm working with a leading international US law firm close to Blackfriars that is looking for a Legal Project Management Analyst to join its London team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their career to build genuine project management, analytical and commercial skills inside a top international firm. You'll sit at the centre of how matters are run, working alongside the finance and pricing teams, clients and attorneys.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
- Supporting the legal project management team in the efficient planning and management of legal matters
- Working with the finance and pricing teams on matter budgets, fee estimates and financial tracking
- Monitoring matter progress against budget and flagging any variances early
- Preparing reports and analysis for attorneys, partners and clients
- Helping attorneys keep matters organised, on track and commercially sound
- Contributing ideas to improve processes across the LPM function
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
- A recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their professional career
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence in Excel
- Excellent organisation and real attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication with people at all levels, including senior lawyers and clients
- A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in how law firms operate
- Exposure to project management, finance or a law firm environment is a bonus, but not essential
