The Role

As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of training programmes across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and organisation of firm-wide training sessions and development initiatives
  • Coordinating internal and external training logistics, including room bookings, materials, and calendars
  • Managing the L&D inbox and responding to queries from staff and external providers
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities and assisting with reporting and compliance
  • Assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives within the wider HR and L&D functions
