Professional Development Manager – up to £90,000

Award-Winning US Law Firm | City of London | Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Development Manager to join an award-winning US law firm in London.

This is a strategic and hands‐on role where you\’ll lead professional development initiatives for business professionals across Europe and Asia Pacific . Working as part of a global Learning & Development team, you\’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful learning programmes that strengthen capability, performance and career growth across the business.

The Role

Partner with senior stakeholders to assess development needs and identify skills gaps.

Design and deliver innovative learning solutions across a variety of formats (face‐to‐face, blended and digital).

Lead programme implementation, feedback and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment and best practice.

Support firmwide projects and mentor junior team members.

About You

Minimum of 4 years\’ experience in learning and development.

Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised, analytical and an excellent communicator.

Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‐paced global environment.

Experience within professional services or a partnership environment would be an advantage.
