A leading US law firm based close to St Paul’s is looking to recruit a Recruitment & Professional Development Administrator to support their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in legal recruitment or HR administration who is looking to develop their career within a prestigious international firm.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Recruitment and Professional Development teams, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle and assist with training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes for business services and fee-earner roles
  • Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates, agencies, and hiring managers
  • Managing onboarding processes, including offers, contracts, and inductions
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment and HR records and systems
  • Supporting professional development programmes, training sessions, and events
  • Assisting with performance review cycles and appraisal administration
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team as required

About You

  • Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or professional development administrative role (legal or professional services preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and discreet approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
