Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to join one of the friendliest and most respected US law firms in the City? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting high-level Partners and senior fee earners at the very top of their field. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role
- Providing high-level EA support to Partners and senior lawyers in the Corporate team
- Diary and inbox management, arranging complex international travel, and client liaison
- Preparing high-quality documents, presentations and reports
- Assisting with billing, time recording and other administrative tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly
