An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Development Manager to join an award-winning US law firm in London. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll lead professional development initiatives for business professionals across Europe and Asia Pacific. Working as part of a global Learning & Development team, you’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful learning programmes that strengthen capability, performance and career growth across the business.
The Role
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess development needs and identify skills gaps.
- Design and deliver innovative learning solutions across a variety of formats (face-to-face, blended and digital).
- Lead programme implementation, feedback and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment and best practice.
- Support firmwide projects and mentor junior team members.
About You
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in learning and development.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, analytical and an excellent communicator.
- Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
- Experience within professional services or a partnership environment would be an advantage.
