I am currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team at a well-established law firm based in Baker Street. This role supports a small allocation of fee earners, allowing you to build strong working relationships and provide high-quality, proactive support.

The Role:

  • Providing full EA support to a small group of Banking & Finance lawyers
  • Complex diary management and meeting coordination
  • Preparing and amending legal documents
  • Managing billing, expenses and file administration
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Organising travel and assisting with business development tasks where required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA within a law firm (Banking & Finance experience highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
