Job Description
Senior Account Manager – Redefining Clinician Engagement in Healthcare Communications and MedTech!
The Mission:
Our client has developed a platform that transforms how critical medical knowledge is accessed at the point of care. Founded and developed by doctors, the platform currently powers how medical information is accessed by clinicians. Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager to join their lean, mission-driven team at a pivotal scaling moment.
The Role:
This isn't a "business as usual" healthcare communications senior account management role. You will work directly with the CCO to scale a high-growth process. You will own the full campaign lifecycle for global pharma giants—from strategic scoping and to high-level stakeholder management. We don’t just want a standard senior account manager; we want an owner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to take the initiative to refine the scaling strategy.
Who You Are:
- A proactive professional with at least 4+ years in Healthcare Communications.
- Key understanding of the impact and benefits of AI
- Deeply knowledgeable of the UK healthcare landscape and ABPI Code of Conduct.
- A high-EQ communicator who can navigate senior stakeholder relationships with ease.
- Ambitious, accountable, and ready to join a startup at the pivotal moment of global scaling.
- This role is perfect for an ambitious high flyer that loves autonomy and a fast paced environment.
Why Join Our Client?
- True Ownership: You'll receive stock options to share in their global success.
- Pivotal Moment: Join them as they scale from a lean UK team to a global organization.
- Direct Impact: Your work ensures doctors have the context-specific knowledge they need to deliver safe, effective care every day.
The Rewards: £50,000-55,000 + Stock Options + Full Medical Cover + Hybrid London working, at least TWO days in a central London office.
Pls do NOT apply if you can't be in central London at least TWO days per week – this is non-negotiable.
