Our client is a specialist healthcare consultancy supporting global pharmaceutical clients across medical communications, market access, and regulatory writing.

They’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client accounts, drive projects across a range of med comms programmes, and deliver exceptional client service while overseeing project and financial management. Experience in leading rather than just supporting is key for this role. Experience of working on both medical affairs and publications is necessary. You must be able to attend the office one day per week in their London or Cheshire base.

  • Lead and motivate account teams across multiple projects
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Drive organic account growth and support new business opportunities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
  • Mentor and support junior team members

4+ years’ experience in Medical Communications

Strong project and financial management skills

Excellent communication and client management skills

Strong understanding of med comms deliverables and the pharmaceutical product lifecycle
