This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit at the intersection of science, strategy, and business development—leading new opportunities, designing cutting-edge education, and building strong partnerships across pharma, biotech, and healthcare.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business – identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and winning grants
- Designing innovative, outcomes-focused education (live, digital & hybrid)
- Building and nurturing senior stakeholder relationships
- Staying ahead of clinical trends, guidelines, and market shifts
- Providing strategic oversight across programmes (without day-to-day delivery)
- Leading thought leadership, publications, and congress visibility
- Mentoring teams and elevating strategic capability across the organisation
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in medical education / medical communications
- A proven track record in winning business and securing grants
- Strong expertise in educational strategy (not just delivery)
- Deep understanding of CME/IME and compliance frameworks (EFPIA, ABPI, ACCME)
- A strong industry network across pharma/biotech/healthcare
- Someone who can turn complex science into compelling, fundable ideas
The role requires an individual that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This is a remote role BUT occasional team meets in London are crucial - please do not apply if you are outside the UK.
If you’re a strategic thinker who enjoys building, innovating, and influencing at a senior level—we’d love to hear from you.
