Our client has developed a platform that transforms how critical medical knowledge is accessed at the point of care. Founded and developed by doctors, the platform currently powers how medical information is accessed by clinicians. Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join their lean, missionâdriven team at a pivotal scaling moment.
Role Summary
This role is responsible for driving our client's brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation in the UK and Irish pharmaceutical and medical device markets. Reporting to the CCO, the person will own the marketing strategy and execution, with a key focus on building our client's ecosystemâa community where pharma and medtech professionals engage with insights, content, and industry discussion. The main goal is to grow brand credibility and generate marketingâqualified leads (MQLs) that feed into the company's CRM and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Thought leadership & content: Create white papers, surveys, interviews, and industry insights using clinician data and partnerships with trade publications.
- Brand awareness: Grow our client's presence in the pharma/medtech community, primarily through LinkedIn campaigns and a targeted newsletter.
- Demand generation: Build and manage campaigns that generate inbound leads and grow the MQL pipeline.
- Strategy & performance: Track marketing KPIs (engagement, ecosystem growth, MQLs, pipeline impact) and continuously optimise campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience marketing to pharma or medical device audiences.
- Proven ability to deliver thought leadership campaigns and measurable lead generation.
- Skilled in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing analytics.
- Familiar with UK pharma compliance (ABPI Code).
- Strong communicator who can translate complex healthcare topics into engaging content.
- Selfâdriven and comfortable in a fastâmoving startup/scaleâup environment.
