Are you a creative presentation specialist with a passion for visual storytelling, data visualisation, and design excellence? We're looking for a talented Presentation Designer to join our growing team and help transform complex information into impactful, engaging communications.

Overview of the role

  • Presentation Design & Development
    • Design and restyle PowerPoint presentations and other visual communication materials to meet client and project requirements.
    • Create high-quality figures, charts, tables, and infographics from raw data or existing content.
    • Develop engaging interactive elements, animations, and visual enhancements for presentations.
    • Transform existing content into compelling visual formats and data visualisations.
    • Build presentation templates and slide masters aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Ensure all deliverables consistently adhere to client and company branding standards.
    • Provide on-site presentation support for meetings, workshops, and events when required.
  • Project & Team Collaboration
    • Work directly with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas.
    • Participate in team planning sessions and project discussions.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
    • Support the ongoing development of presentation assets, templates, and icon libraries.
  • Continuous Learning & Development
    • Stay up to date with the latest presentation design trends and best practices.
    • Share knowledge and provide guidance on effective presentation design approaches.
    • Continuously develop your skills across design and presentation software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential
    • Previous experience in presentation design and/or graphic design roles
    • Strong PowerPoint expertise
    • Excellent design and data visualisation skills
    • Strong project management, organisational, and time-management abilities
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desirable
    • Graphic Design qualification
    • Experience within a medical communications agency
    • Knowledge of Prezi and other presentation platforms
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, or similar design tools
